MAYCOM COMPANY POLICY FOR ALL SALES AND ORDERING PROCEDURES

 

PRICES

All prices are in effect while quantities last.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Maycom is not responsible for typographical errors.

PAYMENT

We DO NOT accept personal checks.

All orders must be prepaid by money order or credit card.

Credit cards accepted on NEW MERCHANDISE ONLY.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards only.

WARRANTY

All new merchandise is factory warranteed and should be returned to the factory (NOT TO MAYCOM) per their instructions. (We suggest all items be fully insured against loss or damage and be well packed.  It is your responsibility to pay shipping to the factory.)

ALL NEW MERCHANDISE IS COVERD BY FACTORY WARRANTY ONLY.

Used equipment is sold AS IS – NO WARRANTY

ORDER PROCESSING

We ship to Continental United States only.

Orders must be placed by 12:00 P.M. eastern time for same day shipment.  All shipments will be assessed shipping and handling charges.

Most all small (less than 2 lbs.) packages and parts orders for less than $50.00 will be shipped by Priority Mail.

DEALER PRICING

Dealer pricing is available to qualified dealers.  Call for application.  A copy of your sales tax/business license is required.

ORDERING FROM MAYCOM

If you would like to place an order with Maycom Communication Products, please call 269-429-8522 or 269-429-8541 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

When phoning in orders to be paid by credit card, please have the following information available:

  • Product Information and Quantities
  • Name
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip code
  • Phone number
  • Credit Card Type
  • Credit Card Number
  • Credit Card Verification Number (last 3 digits of number on back signature strip)
  • Credit Card Expiration Date

When paying by credit card and the shipping address is different than the billing address of the credit card you must give us the correct billing address to enter when processing the sale.

If the address and zip code does not match when your card is run, your order will not be shipped as timely and may result in additional charges to your order to clear up the problem, or the processor may deny order processing altogether until the correct information is given.
